
Bob DiIonno is a native of Chatham, NJ, where he attended high school and was a member of a state playoff football team and a multi-sport athlete. From his colligate days back at East Stroudsburg University where he was team captain and MVP to his many club field and box lacrosse teams, Bob brings over twenty years of playing and coaching experience. Bob coached the Neumann College men’s and women’s lacrosse teams and as the Inaugural Head Women’s coach, he compiled a 55-11 record, four consecutive conference playoffs, produced five regional All-Americans and was voted coach of the year during his tenure. Prior to his four years at the collegiate level, he was the Head Girls lacrosse coach at Chichester H.S. for 8 seasons and coached 1 HS All American. He also coached football for 6 seasons and was an assistant boys lacrosse coach at Chatham H.S. in New Jersey for its inaugural season. A teacher for twenty years, Bob is a member of the Chichester H.S. Physical Education department and has been heavily involved in writing youth curriculums for sports, strength training and Physical Education. He was the assistant varsity coach of the lacrosse team at Avon Grove H.S. (2007-2010) and was an integral part of their three year district playoff run. During that time period he was the Director and organizer of the Avon Grove Wildcats youth lacrosse organization as well. Bob is also the Director and founder of The Pioneer Lacrosse Co., an organization devoted to teaching fundamental lacrosse skills to players of all ages utilizing non-traditional drills and innovative ideas. Currently he is an assistant coach at Malvern Preparatory school and Director of Maplezone Lacrosse.

Paul started playing lacrosse at Garnet Valley Middle School & BYC in sixth grade and has been playing for the past eleven seasons. He is a true veteran when it comes to the game of lacrosse. The triumph of his career started at Garnet Valley High School where he received All-American Honors. His career then carried over to Cabrini College where he was a two time all American, and helped guide the Cavilers to four NCAA tournament appearances. Mfon is a native of New York City, where he was an All-American as a senior and a two-time Empire State games selection at Jamaica High School. Mfon Udo enjoyed and outstanding career as a midfielder and attackman for Loyola College from 1991-1994. As a 4 year starter and lettermen he led the Greyhounds to NCAA appearances in all four years. He continued his playing career as a member of the Chesapeake and North Hempstead Lacrosse Clubs. Mfon has been a devoted coach and teacher of lacrosse for over 15 years. Coaching extensively at the youth level in Maryland and locally in the West Chester Youth Lacrosse program. He has also worked with selected high school players preparing them for the college recruiting process and the transition to the division I level. Currently he heads the U7 lacrosse division for the West Chester Lacrosse program.
